reporting of 27096 and 64493 on the same date of service

The physician performed a

1. Right sacroiliac joint injection.
2. Right sacroiliac joint arthrogram.
3. Right L5-S1 facet joint injection.
4. Right L5-S1 facet joint arthrogram.

Since the 27096 was performed under flourscopic guidance can I bill this on the same day as 64493 which includes 77003???
