CPT® 44120 with 44603 -59?

If serosal tears due to adhesions are sutured during enterectomy is it appropriate to charge for 44603 -59 in addition of 44120, or should it be coded as 44120 -22 alone,if extra time spent in repair is substantial and documented? Thank you!
