Diag Lap

Hey everyone. I am looking for the best CPT 4 code to go with a Diagnostic lap with fulguration of paratubal cysts. I was looking at 58662, but wasnt sure if the paratubal cysts qualified as the areas they referred to. Thanks in advance for any help.
