Does anyone have any suggestions on how to code the following procedure?

Open Reduction and internal fixation of the right lisfranc fracture/dislocation, with stabilization of the first, second, and third tarsal metatarsal joints.

Can I code each MT sep? I was given the code 28615x3. Is this correct?
