2. Will any providers (including surgeons) be expected to report anesthesia services (where the base units are needed to calculate the price) using non-ASA codes? I know they used to do it, but perhaps they no longer do.

The surgeon is either a surgeon or anesthesiologist, never both

will providers ever use Non ASA codes to report anethesia services using base units?
