Medicare claims.

I have a claim that is denying because Medicare has Worker's Compenstation listed as patient's primary insurance, and the treatment has nothing to do with the patient's BWC claims. How do I get Medicare to process as primary?

I ask the patient call to update their COB data with Medicare, and specify that their non-related medical claims are being denied. (The provider) cannot do it for them. It used to be the Common Working File, but I believe that system was just retired. CMS now has the following number for the COB Contractor: 1-800-999-1118.
