It has been a long time since I coded one of these. Would you code 33212 for the generator replacement regardless of whether it is a pacemaker or an ICD, along with the removal codes?

Insertion or replacement of Pacemaker pulse Generator = 33212 (single chamber) or 33213 (dual chamber), and, 33233.
