Drainage of Skin Abscess without Incision

Can you use code 10060 for drainage of skin abscess? The doctor just drained pus, purulent matter, etc. from an infected sebaceous cyst from a hole in the middle of the abscess. If you can't use 10060, is there another code....I can't find one.

Squeezing a zit is probably bundled in to the E&M. It is also not an adequate treatment for most abscesses- they really need I&D with or without packing.
