Surgery Billing

Can you tell me how to bill for a graph when done on pts in the OR. The primary procedure would be 28888 and how would the graph be billed? Is the graph separately reimbursable? This is a graft we are purchasing from an outside vendor.

28888 is not a real code. typing error? The vendor should be able to tell you what code to bill for the graph. Be more specific about the type of graft.
