Prenatal Billing

How would I bill for Prenatal & Post partum visits? Was seen regularly by the provider for pre & post care and delivered by a different facility provider for delivery. Would I need to go back and bill separately for each visits up to 7+ pp care? Or would I just need to pull a post partum visit and add the cpt 59426 & 59430??

use the antepartum code when the patient either leaves the practice or is delviered by another doctor or group, according the the number of visits of course, if it is 3 or less bill office visits. The PP care should be billed with the proc. code 59430 when the patient is seen.
