Code for Prenatal chart review

A pediatrician is asked to review a prenatal chart and compile an "expert" opinion on how to proceed with a soon to be newborn's care. The pediatrician spends 25-35 minutes per review, there is typically no patient contact but time spent reviewing Mom's chart and often doing a literature search to determine the best course of action. A formal note/comsult is written and put in the Mom's chart. How does the pediatrician bill for the time? Can you use 99358?
