Repeat question regarding ICD10 for subsequent Depo Provera injections

ICD10 for subsequent or repeat injectable contraceptive

- Message:
Can anyone tell me what ICD10 I would use for a patient coming in for a "repeat" injection of Depo Provera? I know to use Z30.013 (encounter for initial prescription of injectable contraception) but when they come back for the susequent injections every 90 days what do I use? They are not "initial" but I can't find anything other than Z30.042 (encounter for "surveillance"of injectable contraceptive) it's description says nothing about repeat or subsequent injection as does the Z30.41(encounter for surveillance of contraceptive pills) which also says underneath "encounter for repeat prescription for contraceptive pill".

Use Z30.42

Don't over think it. There aren't codes for everything. :)
