Diagnosis help?

Good morning,

Is there a site I can go to, to find a diagnosis that is covered for certain blood test? We did a Vitamin D test on a patient and the daignosis we gave as a reason for the test was not covered. I am in Maryland, though I don't think it matters. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
