Esophagoscopy with dilation and botox injection

How are you all coding for rigid esophagoscopy with insertion of guide wire followed by dilation over guide wire and then injecting botox into the cricopharyngeal area?

I know the new CPT® code 43196 for the esophoscopy, but unusre of the botox injection into the area that was just dilated.
