Home visits

Looking for some insight on billing for a HOME visit by a PCP. How do I bill for that, and is it generally covered by most insurances? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Look on your CPT® book under HOME SERVICES 99341-99345 for NEW PATIENT & 99347-33950 for EST PATIENT. Make sure to use Place of Service as HOME (POS 12). We have Medicare patients & we didn't have any problem getting paid. I think its covered by most ins, but I would call to make sure its payable. Every pt have different plans.
