Behavioral Medicine - 96150

In a hospital setting, what codes would you use to bill behavioral medicine (not behavioral health) (96150 or 96152 codes) for inpatients both on the physician and facility side. I know that Medicare does not cover the revenue codes of 0912 and 0913. We are a hospital that specializes in pain management.
