Are there any restrictions on whether or not an MD can bill an E&M same day as a CDE bills for a 95250 (insertion of an i-pro sensor and education)

I do not see any CCi edits. If a provider is performing and E&M on the same date the CDE is dowloading and removing the iPro you should be able to bill. We do not have this scenario but we do add the 25 modifier to the E&M code if billing with 95251 on the same date.
