ICD9 code for "physical" visit

Thank you in advance for your help with this.

One of our patients came in last November for a physical. Then in March of this year he came in for another physical (needed to serve a mission). The doc used 99214 for CPT® on this visit using the prior physical for the basic info needed. My question is what ICD9 code should be used? I think it should be V70.3 or V70.5. Any insight would be helpful.
