Colonoscopy with biopsy and multiple polypectomies

Dr. performs colonoscopy with removal of 2 biopsies 45380, additionally removes 8 polyps with snare.
He wants to bill 45380 colonoscopy with biopsy twice - CPT states single or multiple biopsy. And he want s to bill 45385 w/ removal of polyp(s) 8 times.
What is the correct way to bill this?
Thank you

45380

45380 states single or multiple.
45385 states polyp(s).
Each specific technique should be reported only once even if multiple sites are treated with the same technique. The CPT descriptors for each specific technique include language to indicate that each code should be reported only once even if multiple sites are treated with the same technique. If different techniques are used on separate sites then the code with the highest value should be listed first on the claim. Other codes should be listed in descending order of value with modifier ‘59’ to identify that the service was performed at a separate site. One unit for each code is accurate.Code 45385, 45380-59.
