Influenza Test for Tricare

Tricare is denying my claim for the influenza A & B test. I am coding as follows:

87804 87804
They deny the second one as a duplicate. Has anyone had any success in getting paid for both?

Use modifier 91 for the second assay of the flu test:

99214
87804-QW
87804-QW91
