ICD10 training

why can't I get into Nancy Mcguire's training sessions? I click on the article but only get a blank screen?

Most likely reasons:

1- you don't have Flash player installed - go here to find out - http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

2 - you may have scripting disabled in your browser

3 - If you're using an iPad or iPhone, you won't see the videos.

4 - If your organization has an IT Dept., request their help, as there may be internal policies preventing viewing video as well.

I'm having problems, also-I can view from session 8-11, but not the first seven, so I don't think it's my computer.
