3d rendering with echocardiography

Can 76376 3D rendering be billed with codes such as 93306 echocardiography w/2D? Originally Medicare was allowing with modifier -59. Now they are stating not medically necessary and suggesting an LCD or NCD. I have been unable to find an LCD for the Florida region, nor could I find an NCD. Thanks.
