coverage for counseling

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Michigan and I am starting my own practice. Could you please tell me if LPC's are covered under Medicare and Medicaid for an initial session of 90 minutes, followed by further sessions of 60 minutes? If it is covered, how many sessions are allowed? I am trying to learn as much as possible in a short period of time. Thank you so much for all your time and effort!
