modifier -32

I understand the use of modifier -32 for mandated services, but can you use this for any mandated procedure, such as mandated drug screening, or is it just for EM codes?

Absolutely you can use modifier -32 for mandated drug screens (e.g. for worker's compensation cases). If the drug screen is being performed because of mandate rather than medical necessity, chances are it's only going to be payable with the modifier.
