multiple procedures
Need to bill 99214, 20610 and 69210 to medicare what modifiers do I need.

You just give mod 25 for 99214 and send it

No multiple procedure modifier is required because the neither of the two procedures are bundled into the other. Some payers might want modifier 51 on the lower valued procedure, but Medicare does not.
Be sure to link your diagnosis codes to the relevant CPT® code.
