Csf

The neurosurgeon that I work for had to assist another neurosurgeon with a problem he had with a patient.
He assistance was for revision of T-9 Laminectomy, exploration of dura, evaluation of ventral CSF leak and fat grafting. This was stage one of the operation. Stage two involved just the doctor I work for and the procedure was fluoroscopic localization of lumbar interspace and insertion of CSF diversionary drain.I was going to bill 63709 62 78 and 63710 62 78 for Stage one of operation. Then 62272 and 77003 for Stage two. Are these CPT® codes correct and do I need a modifier for 62272 or 77003
I appreciate any help
