BP check on new patient
How do I code a BP check on a new patient? This is all the provider did for this patient. I know I can't use the 99211 code because the patient isn't established.

Cannot bill this. For medical necessity, the physician must provide a service and order BP checks due to abnormal readings. Why would a physician take a BP only?
