Hi Can anybody help me in below question i have.

We have billed the CPT® S8032 to Uhc Medicare plan in which they denied the claim stating as NOT A COVETED SERVICE AS PER NCG GUIDELINE we have billed as per guideline and submitted dx as V76.0 492.8 518.89 Could any body help me what was the error we have done in the above scenario...
