CPT® 36415 (Venipuncture)

If our our provider office did venipuncture multiple times for a single patient, Can we bill CPT® 36415 as 2/3 units. Or anyone please instruct me how to code this

CMS-- Venous blood collection by venipuncture (CPT® code 36415 ) will be reimbursed once per patient per date of service.
