invega injection given by a nurse and patient left without being seen by the md

I work in a psychiatrist office and a patient came in the other day and received her injection of invega. after she received the injection by the nurse practioner, the patient left without being seeing
the doctor. how do i code this so we can at least get paid for the injection and the nurse visit

Honestly, I would bill the injection code only. If you bill a 99211 with an injection code, they bundle. You could at least get the administration of the injection and the drug (if the patient didn't bring her own drug.)
