Mitral valve closure using VSD occluder

Hi,
My doctor did a Mitral valve closure using a VSD occluder.
Has anyone coded this situation before? I think I would use 93799 (unlisted cv procedure) but I am unsure of what to charge and the RVUs. Would it be correct to compare to a VSD closure 93581 and charge accordingly? Any help would be appreciated.
