New 2011 IA codes

Are other coders having issues with the new admin codes for pediatrics? UHC says they will pay 40% of eligible amount, Blue Shield does not even acknowledge they are valid codes and still have the old codes 90465,etc... and Aetna will pay less than they do for 90471 and 90472.
