casting complication

we had a patient come into our ER with complaints of arm pain due to casting of arm. Recently had bicep repair and only complaint is arm pain - casting was checked by our provider and determined it was not too tight- I should mention casting was not done at our facility. Should I just code arm pain or do a late effect code? I would appreciate any help
