There are a variety of techniques for OMT codes 98925-98929. CPT® gives explanation of using an E/M with these codes and the regions referred to.
My question is:
Does the actual technique being used need to be in the medical record to support these procedure codes?
For example: HVLA, counterstrain technique and so on.
