Why doesn't the ICD-9 lookup find any of the key words, ie. Post Gastrectomy, Dumping, Dumping Syndrome?
I wonder how many other searches are fruitless because the search engine is faulty.

Did you look under "Syndrome", subindexed to "dumping"?
