Laparoscopic

What is the CPT® code for laparoscopic lysis of adhesions and they also stated on the op note that they did a diagnostic lap. I come up with 44180. Is this correct

It is almost impossible to get a CPT® code for a surgical service without the full diagnosis code. There are too many options.
