modifer 59 and 91 same date of service (lab billing)

Does anyone know if you can bill for example 87798 (multiple times--different organism) and use a 91 modifier and then a 59 modifier to advise that it is a different body site, same test(s) though. Will it result in a rejected claim from Medicare and/or commercial carriers?
