3-4 entries of the same question

I wrote you last week I was getting double enteries sent to my e mail on the questions members ask today I have received 3 of the same enteries and 4 of the same enteries. Please look into this.

We've been looking in to this issue for several days now. It seems to be happening to only a very few users, and is not reported widely. We examined the Codapedia site and server and found nothing out of the ordinary.

There are situations where an email "client" (such as Microsoft Outlook) doesn't "flag" an email as downloaded, and will continually download the same email until that "flag" is set. At this time, this is our best guess as to what's happening.

A workaround is to deactivate receiving emails, which is done in your Edit Profile page at the bottom under "Forum Registration" - uncheck the boxes and then "update".

We will continue to watch the forum posts carefully and will update you when we learn more.
