Billing for injections

Ok coding and biller friends....

A patient comes in to the office for an injection. The ordering physician is out of the suite in surgery but another provider is in the office so the medical assistant can give the injection, do you bill with the ordering physician on the claim or the provider that is in the suite the time the injection is given.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
