chemo coding

New to chemo. Does anyone have any good information on administering chemo? So if Pre-med and Fluids were done first - hydration can't be reported.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm thinking because INFed and Aredia are not highly complex drugs 96365,96366,96375, 96367
Pre-MED and Fluids
500cc IV, 11:00 14:18
tylenol oral, 12:45
benadryl IV, 13:00-13:15
decadron IV. 12:45-13:00
CHEMO:
INFed 25mg test push, 13:17-13:18
INFed 975 mg Iv, 14:18-15:00
Aredia 90 mg IV11:05-12:45

Thank you,

re: chemo coding

Aredia and iron are therapeutic agents, but not chemo. Therefore, the therapeutic admin codes: initial and subsequent hour for the Aredia. Three IV pushes for the benadryl, dex, and iron test (all 15 minutes or less). Then the additional subesequent hour for the remainder of the iron.
