Hepatitis disease screening

Which ICD-9 code should be used for a Hepatitis screening? From notes: Pt states he had hepatitis in 1960. There is a possibility that he may still have it.

Per CDC, Hepatitis is condsidered a bloodbourne infectious disease - not a condition. I have only found 'screening for disease-infectious', 'disease-bloodbourne' but these would be for 'unspecified' only. There is 'screening for disease/disorder' which is V82.9, but in the tabular this is for unspecified condition. V20.6X series seems too definite (carrier). I am at a loss, please advise. Thank you
