My orthopedic surgeon that I code for did anterior and posterior capsulorrhaphies.

I chose the 29806--Would I use this code twice, for both anterior and posterior?

I only use 29806 once regardless of how many areas of the capsule are repaired.
One capsule, one repair code. For example, if 3 tendons of the rotator cuff were torn, you wouldn't use the RCR code 3 times. He's doing two repairs of one anatomical site for the same condition, therefore one code.
