How would you code this?

Any suggestions on coding this- Bilateral inguinal and scrotal hidradenitis.

OP Note says "left inguinal hidradenitis lesions. The extent of the disease overlying the lf inguinal and scrotal region was demarcated and excised at the level of skin, subQ soft tissue and fascia using a combination of sharp excision and electrocautery to the level of skin and sub q tissue. Further surgical excision was done using the Versajet to remove residual disease from the wound bed and hemostasis was achieved using epinephrine-soaked laps. Then a wound Vac was placed.

The Dr says we should use 11462 and 11462-59

Thanks

11462; you can not bill separately for placement of drains and wound vacs that are placed during a procedure
