Nurse visits

We are a residential facility for girls ages 11-18. Each building has a nurse and the girls frequently visit with medical complaints like lacerations, twisted ankle, light headedness, etc. Are any of these types of visits billable using the 99211 code?

Yes they are as long as you have a physician you are billing under.
