I guess is how to code. I would code a 99213 based on time counseling and document the time spent discussing travel precautions, etc.

Travel

I do the billing for a Travel Clinic in Rockville, MD. We usually bill a flat rate of $35.00 for "Travel Consultation" and then charge for each vaccine given. Our clinic does not take any insurance but we do supply all of our patients with an itemized receipt of shots received.
