"S" Codes

Can someone explain to me when I bill for an "S" code why I am getting a message telling me that I need an additional code? I billed a S06.81XD and a S06.0X1D.

You need to code any associated open wound of head or skull fracture.
This is according to the ICD10 note under the S06 category.
