Respirator fit/use test

Good afternoon,

Is there a procedure code for a respirator fit test, and use test? Or how about a respirator questionnaire? We had a patient come in for a possible allergic reaction to animal dander in their workplace. We needed to test them for N-95 use. I am looking for those procedure/HCPCS codes.
