debridement codes and sq centimeters

Ok, weird question........Pt has decubitus ulcer on buttock. The doctor does a debridement below the gluteus muscle and down to the posterior sacral fascia. The debridement area was 6 cm x 8 cm. Would I bill 11043 & 11046?

48 sq cm = 11043, 11046 (2 units)
