E&M Services/UDS/Modifier -25

When a patient is scheduled as a New Patient (99202-99205)or a follow up visit (99212-99215) and the patient has a urinary drug screen on the same day (G0477, G0479,G0480, G0481), should the modifier-25 be placed on the E&M code. These codes are billable together per the CCI. There are two separate diag codes used for each service. I don't think the modifier should be used, but I want to double check that. Please advise
