Rejection of 92504

I have a rejection of 92504 that was billed with 99244. Also, on the same day the audiologist in our office saw the patient and billed 92567, 92556 and 92552. I can not find any information that says 92504 is included in any of these codes but it seems that this is what is occurring.
Does anyone know for sure or better yet have documentation that I can show my physicians for education purposes?
